"Bikini line on Prom Night"?

Bully !!

Well, whatever "V" word you meant is trouble. Talking smack at this point of the race breeds bad karma!

I think maybe I meant "vanquished," but "vanished" is not too bad. I think I will stay with "vanished."

Hey KS.. The Jewel of Florida couldn't pick up anything on you this week, but we successfully "vanished" JB and MM, at least for this week. So, here's to the final race. I hope that there are no Silky Sullivan's back there and that you and I fight it out. And, can you believe that guy from Sports Illustrated picking Cincy over KC and pulling it off. Wish I had that sort of gut, but, NO WAY!!!

Check Your Email for the week 11 preview.

DR, I have done some statistics. Looking at the record, anyone adhering totally to the home pick system for the system would be 73-57 or 56% and the best week was 10-6 clear back in the first week. In a week when the average was something like 50% plus you take the home team (is "take" an operative word) and pull an 11-3. Oh that the rest of us had had the temerity (is that a real word) to just lay back and take the luck of the draw. I would like to believe that it was your wisdom, but, maybe it was just not getting to the job, and getting lucky, lucky, lucky. Darn, I wish I had your luck. Boy, I sure do have a lot to do tonight!!!!JD

IS THAT LENO OR LENNYS????

I guess we all know where Leno's replacement will come from.

KS. You need to pick loners in games that are only 58 minutes long. Then the Bears would have won. Too, too, too bad.

that they are going to win....

What does everyone know about Detroit that I don't?

TO: JD & KS Oak and Car really look good for this week

I feel a mip in the air

Heck, I would have been happy to post an 8-8 last week also... but there were just not enough games played. :) Hey, I didnt know you posted scores from sea before.... Sorry for the mistake. Let's see if you can shake the "Tied For First" stigma and take the crown.... Best of luck !!

I do believe the Jewel of Florida was the first to file his picks from a ship, en route from Boston to Bermuda two or three years ago. That is only a small claim for preeminence since I have,t won anything in the PFVCC (tied for first once but lost in the playoff) other than having, for a while, the record for the most weeks at better than 50%. After last week's debacle, that would have been wonderful, but an 8-8 and losing no groung actually feels pretty good.

JD, Right you are !! Commentary will be updated.... ALSO !! Please note that a few screens have been changed. No longer will Home Team Picks be included in the calculation of Loners or Monday Night picks. The Group Picks Screen has been modified to show the HTP's in black.

Brian, you have Tampa Bay and New Orleans listed as a 17-17 tie. In fact, the NFL site shows N.O. winning 17 -14. Doesn't affect any standings, but does affect the statistics. JD

**** MEMBER MESSAGE **** We are BACK !! Sorry for the problems this week. After some changings to settings and work arounds (and countless hours by Mark Williams - Our Web Hosting Guy), We are a go !! - - Please submit your picks normally this week.

Help....I've fallen into the MIP and can't get up!

That has got to hurt .........

HERES A TIP TO YOU ALL.................DO NOT HAVE MORE THAN 3 DRINKS WHEN MAKING YOUR PICKS. GOOD GRIEF.............WHAT HAPPENED????

*** This should be interesting.... Week 7 ...... the second place JB and KS have GOO's of 6 and 4 on MM....... Something could happen ...... watch and see !!!!

Note: This may be a first ..... JB posted his picks from sea....

It's going to be SOOOOOOOOO hard staying "this good". Fiddle dee dum.... Next week from Honolulu. Aloha
