The PFVCC

Another entertaining week in football is in the books, and for the second straight week we have movement in the penthouse. LF packed his bags and departed after another disappointing week, and MS just received the keys and now shares in the glory with CM after posting 11 wins. Keep killing the game MS! SS, JP and PM also posted 11 winners, while CM, BS and SR nip at their heals with 10 big ones, respectively. Impressive showings by those top performers this week! Of those top dogs, SS has been one to key on lately as he’s made up ground each of the passed 3 weeks and now only sits 2 games out, after being 8 back after week 4. He’s been a silent hunter all season until this point… can he continue his climb? Or will the pressure get to him while all are watching?

Not to be overlooked..the sleepy six, SR, BS, DR, JP, KS, and NF are clustered all within 2 games of each other and are in position for a stretch drive that could shake up the leaderboards at a moments notice. Keep an eye on these guys or pay the price when they catch you on your high horse.

The loner frenzy continued in week 7, with four games on notice. The fun started on TNF as PM tried to get ahead of the pack by taking DEN in an upset over KC but the only person upset after the game went final was himself… Speaking of upset, BS had 2 loners of his own, both of which didn’t fit the bill. He lost behind CIN who couldn’t take down JAX and WAS who failed to upset the still undefeated SF 49ers. Tough losses by both of these pickers. JP, on the other hand, basked in his picking prowess as he came out victorious with TEN over LAC. Great take JP!!

Onto week 8 we go… Let’s see who can keep up!
