The PFVCC

BS broke out of the gates with ferocity, determined to reclaim his spot at the top which was his just a short season ago. He has kept a blistering pace through 6 weeks and has built a comfortable lead early after posting a 12 win week. However, behind him sit a cluster of experienced thoroughbreds who are jockeying for position of their own to set up their drives down the stretch. SR posted a 10 win week, enough to see himself slide into a tie for second with SS, while KS and MM sit right behind them waiting to seize an inside track to make a move. All who look up and see the field ahead understand it is a long, grueling race, and one that is not just won in the first 1/3 of the season. The MIP has yet to show face and surely a 70% winning percentage is not sustainable…there will be a fall…or will there be?

Our weekly Congratulations are directed to MS who, with his 9 wins this week, was able to push himself passed 1800 wins for his career. A tip of the cap to you MS!

News of a loner pick might come as a surprise to some, as it wasn’t highlighted on the group picks page, however there was one undercover loner to report. BD, who probably wishes that it stayed undercover, was unable to cash in with BUF who fell to HOU. Nonetheless, your efforts are commendable. As for the reporting error, we have put in a ticket to the boys in IT who will work to get it corrected.

Week 7 approaches and we are heading into the thick of the season. Can someone close the gap? Will BS hold off the pack down the stretch? Only time will tell. The race continues…

Happy Picking,

LF, The Pimp
