Oh it was a GOOey week and there was one that enjoyed his Sunday in front of the TV a little more than the rest because of it. BS, who continues to wear out the headline writers, finishes out the week with 11 wins and expands his lead momentarily over those who were hot on his trail a week ago. DP pulls down a respectable 10 victories and a handful stood firm at 9 W’s.

Notable weekly mentions go to MM shows a flash of brilliance as he notched his first loner victory of the season with MIN over PHI. All guts for the glory, great take MM! Also noteworthy, SR and CM reach milestones as they reach 4,700 and 2,900 lifetime wins respectively. Congratulations to these two members.

Week 5 also saw a trio fail to make their selections, and in a week where visiting teams did not receive many warm welcomes, it proved costly….Just roll the clocks back a couple of years and you would’ve looked like champs...

We are headed into week 6 and there are whispers of the all dreaded MIP on the horizon. Who will fall victim this season? Will we see a shift in power because of it? Things should get interesting….no one is safe…
