LFโ€™s 12 Wins Provides Some Breathing Room In Final Week

DP In Rookie Season Applying Pressure Going Into Final Week

Effective date: 2012-12-24
As LF sat on Santaโ€™s lap you could hear him say, โ€œSanta, all I want for Christmas is my first PFVCC Championshipโ€ Well, LF is one week closer to unwrapping that gift with his 12 wins in week sixteen. DP picking 11 winners, usually a great performance, but this week that win total lost ground and finds himself out by two games. DP could be the fifth rookie to win a championship if he can find some magic in the final week. KS who now trails LF by 3 games may have run out of steam. Perhaps the cagy veteran forgot the required stamina to make it to the championship winners circle.

SS posted 13 wins to pick up a game on LF now trails by four games. SS streak runs to six weeks with 10+ wins per week. SS also passed the 4,800 career win mark. DR, JD and MS go into the final week with an outside chance trailing LF by five games each.

With one week left it seems impossible but the rest of the group is still technically in the running as no one has been mathematically eliminated. Notable performances include MM with 12 wins including his 2,900th win placing him eighth on the all-time winners list. BD won her 962 game tying her for thirteenth place.

A reminder to the group that most reports are unavailable in the final week until the week results are calculated and a new champion is announced. Good luck to all those involved in the final run for the 32 PFVCC Championship.
