Sorry for my tardiness, I was in the Land of the Lost (Vermont) visiting family for the past week. About me: I am an avid football fan and am married to the lovely granddaughter of JD+BD, who is of course the niece of KS. I am pursuing a degree in nursing at Thomas Jefferson in Philadelphia. Before any one gets in a male nurse joke, I don't meet the requirements for the other variety. My favorite sport in actually baseball and I also enjoy golf or pretty much anything else that is athletic competition (i.e. not basketball). I have heard of the PFVCC for many years so I am excited to see how it works from the inside. Cheers!

It's a tie. Looks like accounts receivable was a little to fast to pronounce JP the first dues paid. DP challenged the notice of good work by suggesting to check the postmark. And, what did we find when we checked, JP had an August 19th postmark but so did....JD and BD. We at HQ mentioned before we were surprised that JD and BD were out maneuvered by young JP on this matter but all rest now that we have the postmarks. By the way, DP, your postmark was August 20th! Get ready, we are 10 days away from our first set of Sunday games.

This wasn't the speech I had prepared a week ago, none the less, I'd like to congratulate LF on his 1st Championship and I want to thank SS, the Membership Committee, my son (more importantly his beautiful fiance) and the entire PFVCC family for inviting me to be part of this obviously storied tradition. July will be a crazy, busy month so I don't know if I'll make it west to the Pig Party. If not, I hope to meet several of you on this coast. I look forward to meeting everyone eventually.
