Week 17 belonged to SS as he continues to wreak havoc on the leaderboards where he has made up 6 games in the span of two weeks. With 13 wins, SS has carved himself out a comfortable position in the second spot just two games out of the leader, LF who has had some trouble down the stretch. From 8 down to now two back, SS would love to complete the miraculous comeback to add to his long list of accolades. Safe to say that all eyes are on SS as we head into a winner take all week 18 finish. KS also continued to stay hot in week 17 as he went 12-3 and was able to maneuver himself into the 3rd spot as DP and MM struggled to keep pace. KS has been around the pond all season waiting for his opportunity and when its mattered most he too has capitalized. A couple of gutsy performances from two vets in SS and KS who have been in this position once or twice. So here it is, a long and grueling season has amounted to this..one week to go for all the marbles. LF sits in the penthouse pondering how things have gotten so close, while SS and KS continue to scrap and claw for every last victory. DP and MM might have too big of a mountain to climb for the title to be theirs, but still hold hopes of a podium spot to finish out the season on a high note. Finally, with the sad news surrounding Damar Hamlin and the postponement of the Bengals v. Bills game, I have entered it in as a tie momentarily. If the game is rescheduled the boys in IT will make it available for a re-pick. I will keep everyone posted. For now prayers up for Hamlin and his family.
