The PFVCC

Week 16 not only brought the Christmas spirit to all, but also brought a quartet of members, who made it on the nice list, a stocking full of wins. Those four were SS, DP, KS and MS and oh did they enjoy the holiday and their 12 wins to show for their efforts. With those performances and the leader, LF having an uncharacteristically sloppy week (he blames the eggnog), it rose such a clatter around the PFVCC! Now with only 2 to go, it brings another few members into the fold with an outside lane to make a late push for the podium. Great work to the quartet mentioned above, we look forward to see what follow up performances you have in store for the New Year. MM flew below the radar but still managed to bring in 10 wins to his own delight, enough to see him to keep pace with SS for that second spot. With the end slowly coming into focus, it is now officially crunch time. Can LF fend off the confident bunch hot on his trail? Or will this week 16 be remembered as the disastrous “Christmas collapse”?

We were gifted 5 loners under the tree, 2 of which were winners while the other 3 were white elephants. The two hard earned wins were given to MS and DP who picked CAR and HOU respectively. An amazing bit of picking you two! As for the other 3, LF lost with NYG, CM missed with ATL and MS, on his second of the week, couldn’t win with ARZ. Bold bit of picking, but you can’t be great if you don’t put yourself out there! Nice try gents!

The NFL season and the year come to a close nearly simultaneously. May your year end on the right note and your picks be prosperous! Happy New Year PFVCC family!

Your President,

LF
