CM and MM lead the way with 10 wins

SR brings in 9 and finds himself in a very familiar spot

Effective date: 2022-09-27
It was moving day for CM and MM who both know far too well how important it is to perform well in the early part of the season. In a week that saw a good number of upsets and some teams that underperformed CM and MM used their years of picking expertise to put together a solid 10-6 record to take top honors and slide them up a couple spots on the big board. Well played you two! Another set of initials that also deserves recognition was SR who hit 9 wins and edged out NF to take over sole possession of the top spot. Now, I know what youโ€™re thinking โ€œMr. President, isnโ€™t it far too early to be caught up in standings outlooks?โ€ And to that my response would be โ€œFake News!โ€โ€ฆ Yes, it is early days, but there is something to be said about a solid start. SR has had that and CM and MM have entered the chatroom here in week 3. The best part is that week 4 is not but a few days away and headlines have short term memory loss!

Speaking of short term memory, DR has never seen a loner he doesnโ€™t like and regardless of outcome in previous weeks he always jumps right back on the horse. Oh how we love a confident contender! DR again reaps the fruits of his labor as MIA took down BUF in a tightly contested match. Congrats DR! MS and PM werenโ€™t so fortunate as none of their picks were able to produce any fruit as MS lost with WAS and PM with NE and NYJ. Although you werenโ€™t successful we always appreciate the drama. Better luck next time.

Onward and upward to week 4. A clean slate welcomes all, now what will you make of it? See you all back here in a weeks time!

Your President,

LF
