The PFVCC

SR is the PFVCC Champion!! In an absolutely bonkers week 18 of football SR had enough in the tank to get the job done and hold off LF who had a swingers chance to tie and force a playoff, but ultimately was let down by the Bengals who couldn’t knock off Cleveland. The rest is history and SR can enjoy his third Championship on his resume and all the bragging rights that come with it! SR was a force to be reckoned with this season as he held down the first place position for all but two weeks and never fell behind more than two games. He was a model of consistency and made the PFVCC headline writer’s hands sore as he continuously found ways to be mentioned in the write-up due to his outstanding performances. This my friends is how you take a season by storm and make it yours! Well done SR.

With this championship, it puts SR into an elite group of PFVCC pickers and that is those with 3 or more championships for their careers (a correction from last weeks writeup where I mentioned it would be his first- my apologies SR). In our great league’s 40 years of existence we have had 5 players with 3 or more championships and now SR has etched his name onto that list as the sixth. A feat that isn’t taken lightly and definitely deserves some extra kudos! SR here’s to you and your growing resume!!

The NFL regular season is over which means the PFVCC season has come to a close as well. We have crowned the champ SR, LF takes second, and SS gets another podium finish- this time in 3rd. Thank you all for participating and from everyone here at the PFVCC we hope you all enjoyed the ride. Signing off for one final time, I wish you all a blessed 2022 and look forward to seeing you all at the Pig Dinner to celebrate our newest Champion SR!

Your President,

LF
