The PFVCC

Christmas has come and gone along with week 16 and it was a time that was filled with holiday cheer, the sound of gift wrap tearing and football players tackling one another. With the season coming down to the final few weeks, many pickers were in top form as LF, SR, SS, CM, MM & DP were all able to wrangle in 11 wins on the week. Most notably, the top 3 pickers to this point remain right where they were at and have to set their sights to week 17 if they want to make a move. Following closely behind the 11 win six-some, KS and MS had 10 wins of their own to claim their own piece of the spotlight on Christmas weekend. Well played to all those mentioned! With minimal movement in week 16, it's now down to 2 weeks left in the season to see what pickers have left in the tank.

Loner news belonged to 1 picker and 1 picker only and that was DR. Not to be outdone by anyone, DR had 4 loner picks on the board in week 16. Unfortunately it didn’t pay off the way that he wanted as he went 1 out of 4. The one that paid off was his TEN pick over SF as they came to play in TNF and got DR started off on the right track. CAR, MIN and WAS weren’t so lucky, but we appreciate DR’s craving for the dramatics down the stretch!

With week 16 in the books all focus moves to week 17. There are only 2 weeks left in the NFL season, so leave it all out on the picking boards and hold nothing back. With that I hope everyone enjoyed their holiday spent with their loved ones and I wish you all a safe and Happy New Year!! Best of luck in week 17 and I’ll see you back here in 2022!

Your President,

LF
