MS forces his way into a tie for 3rd
Effective date: 2021-12-09
BS!! He’s alive and kicking ladies and gentlemen!! Although to this point it hasn’t been his year, this past week WAS his time to shine. Taking the pick sheet by storm he went 12-2 ton the week to take top honors. Well played BS! MS, a player to watch, and CM followed up with an 11 win performance of their own which is well worthy of recognition. With this they each gain a couple games on the leader, which for MS means that he’s propelled himself into a tie for the 3rd spot with SS. This is a spot that MS has found himself in to finish 3 out of the last 5 seasons. He knows what it is like to be on the podium, but is still searching for his 1st championship… After a performance like the one we just saw MS is definitely someone to watch out for in the final 5 weeks. 5 games back with 5 weeks to go is very doable, especially for a player like MS who seems to be hitting his stride.. LF, SR and SS… keep your whits about you.
MS found himself in the middle of loner news as well as he and DR both had 2 a piece. MS was able to knock down 1 out of 2, with his bold DET pick panning out against MIN and able to numb the pain of his NO pick not getting the win against DAL. DR wasn’t so lucky as he went 0-fer on the week as HOU and DEN just weren’t up to the task. A golf clap for MS and a “better luck next time” for DR to wrap up our loner tabloid.
Lots to watch in the final 5 weeks of the season. LF leads, SR sits just behind him awaiting an opportunity to take back what was his, and SS and MS remain in hunt. KS and CM are on the outside looking in, but if the GOO is right and upsets start flowing anything is possible! Best of luck down the stretch!
Your President,
LF
