The PFVCC

Congratulations to SS on a great championship run!! It was a long, grueling PFVCC season and one with ups and downs to match the year that was 2020. Yes, there were players that were able to piece together solid runs at times during the 2020 campaign, but our champ SS put together a dominant performance that really left little room for error for the rest of the field. Of the 17 weeks that picks were made SS was at the top of the standings for 12 of them (either leading on his own or tied for the lead)...that includes a 9 week consecutive stretch to close out the season.. Stifling performance overall and well worthy of the 9th spot on your championship belt, SS! Congratulations again from all of us here in the PFVCC!

So SS is crowned champ, but he did not claim top honors for the week.. that accolade belonged to MS who closed the season on a high note as he was just 1 game away from a perfecto! 15-1 is bittersweet, but he carries that momentum into next season! Nicely done sir. KS put together a nice closeout performance with 14 winners which proved enough to leapfrog CM for the second spot and claim himself the commemorative pen and pencil set! Big moves KS! CM didn’t close the season the way he would’ve hoped, but he still walks away with a spot on the podium as he and MS share the 3rd spot. Overall, great seasons posted by those mentioned and congratulations on your podium finishes!

With that I sign off on another successful PFVCC Season! Thank you all for your participation and hopefully we can all be together once again for the annual Pig Dinner to celebrate SS(Covid permitting of course). For the final time this season I wish you all the best! Until next season...
