The PFVCC

If you thought last week was bad for your pick’em psyche, then you might want to skip straight to week 11 because week 10 was, simply put, a disaster in the win/loss category. We thought the MIP was in our rearview, but we spoke too soon and paid the price as PFVCC membership as a unit posted a 36.81 win percentage…I’m no statistician, but that’s not going to get the job done folks. Luckily, we have seen MIPs come and go in years passed, but have we seen one smack us all this hard in a given week? That might be a good question for the boys in our stats department… good thing they are paid so well.

Losses a plenty or not, LF, DP and DR were able to sift their way through the week 10 matchups and pull out 6 winners to put them on top, way to be the best of the worst, fellas! A handful of pickers wandered upon 5 wins to keep themselves in the hunt, but most notably, our (former) leader MS is somewhere licking his wounds after posting a mere 3 wins and forfeiting his top spot to CM… Like CM, LF and SS were also able to make moves and find themselves knocking on the door of the penthouse with MS… Oh, we have a battle brewing at the top!

This seasons’ loner frenzy continued this week as LF capitalized on his chance with NYJ taking down NYG. With that, LF has knocked down 2/2 in his loner opportunities on the season. Stay hot, good sir!

Week 11 provides a clean slate… Is the MIP behind us? Membership can only hope at this point. This NFL season seems to be about as predictable as Trumps’ presidency so with that I say good luck with next weeks picks.. Apparently we all need it…
