The PFVCC

The weeks passed, the wins poured in. Members quietly chattered amongst themselves as they boasted countless win heavy performances, would this year pass without a MIP showing? Well, no… it wouldn’t be that easy. The MIP (though not as cruel as passed years) took a light swipe at some in week 9 most notably our leader to this point BS who posted an underwhelming performance to his standards. This slip allowed spots 2 through 7 to gain ground on him this week, setting the stage nicely for the start of the second half drama. LF led all pickers with 11 wins, while MM, KS and CM shot in right behind with 10…feeling a gust of wind hit their sails, maybe there’s been a change in the fortunes.

KS’ performance this week was highlighted even further as he pushed himself passed 4,900 wins for his career, enough for him to sit 3rd most all-time. Well done, Sir!

Week 10 marks our entering into the back half of the season where the stakes rise and members look to tighten things up. Movement in the standings hasn’t been much to note, but BS has finally shown that he is human after all and with The MIP (the fickle broad she is) not completely gone from our rearview anything can happen… See you next week..
