The PFVCC

In a very exciting finish, BS wins his fifth PFVCC championship, tying him for the second most championships in the PFVCC's 37 year history. With a one game lead by BS, SS was able to coax two GOO's going into the final week. SS wins the first GOO taking KC over DEN in Denver and then losing the second GOO as MIA loses to BUF in Miami, as MIA was driving to a winning TD and was intercepted at the 1:07 mark. That interception sealed BS's championship #5 and his second in the last five years. Congratulations to one of the finest PFVCC members.

BS, SS and CM all scored 11 winners to lead the week. BS's 11 wins helped set the new record for wins in a season with 181 wins breaking JD's 2005 record of 180 wins.SS's second place finish was the second time in three years he missed first place by one game.

The official PFVCC engraver, will be given the Perpetual Trophy and the Commemorative Pen and Pencil set, for appropriate marking next week to be ready for the summer time Awards Banquet Dinner.

Another great year, I hope everyone had a great time. Let's raise our New Year's champagne to the new year and to BS our newest Champion.

Yours in Football,

SS
