DEAR MEMBERSHIP; I DO FEFL THAT TB SCORES SHOULD BE ACCEPTED AND HIS 1st PLACE REINSTATED AS HE WAS MOVING AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SEASON AND WAS WITOUT A COMPUTER. ALSO I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THE RULING THAT WAS STATED -- THREE STRIKES AND YOU ARE OUT !!!

Well, how about picking SD like I did? You would think they could stop BALT for a win at 4th and 29. Um, no.

BD and JD are delighted to report that we selected Seattle to beat Miami, and we lost. That is about the only sunshine in another scudy (is that a word) week.

BIR: thank you for what must have been exhaustive research. Your dedication to service is the hallmark of the PFVCC.

now i understand how ohio state must feel. Is TB still eligible for the AP National Championship? Also, can I still tell him he's winning the pool? He doesn't have a computer so he won't see these postings. This lack of computer, coupled with his having an absented minded son actually caused him to miss the first three weeks of the season and also causes him to miss those thursday games sometimes. punish me!

Thanks KS for your question. The Boys in Research (BIR) have been at it all morning and the answer is ......they don't know if that has happened in the past. They did offer the following. The BIR think it would be cool if that happened.

SS Thanks for info. I came close once. Won every game except a Miami pick and we were at the game. Miami had first down on the 4 yead line needing a TD to win and didn't make it. I didn't know how crucial this was until I got home to check the other scores. Boo Hoo!!!!

JD, what a great question. The last Perfect Performance was Week 5 2006 when SS,JB,KS and SR went 14-0. Now, the very first Perfect Performance was Week 13, 1984 by BS when he posted a 14-0 week. What is funny about that? Some of our newest members were not even born yet! To round out these interesting factlets, other Perfect Performances have been turned in by SS (week 7 1992 13-0)and SS and CM (week 7 1999). You probably noticed SS was mentioned three times and is in fact the leader in this category. Thanks for asking!!

I don't know if anyone else noticed, but bravo to the PFVCC Art/Design Department for the wonderful updating to the PFVCC logo on the home page.

Gosh no. I did not miss sentences 2, 3, 4 and five. As a matter of fact I reread them several times to see if my original question was answered! :-) You know, the one where I wonder aloud why give any advantage to a non pick week. After pouring though sentences 2, 3, 4 and 5 I guess the simple answer is that you don't want to substantially penalize people for non picking. Good enough. When will it appear on the PFVCC official poll? Other than JD, MS and me, maybe no one else cares.
