Wouldn't it be great if we could just declare a tie between thes two awful teams playing tonight? Then we wouldn't have to watch ------and care!!!!!

KS, Thanks for asking. TBIR are happy to spend a little time for past president and Piglitzer winner such as yourself. Let me forward the request....Wow, the TBIR came back with a nano-second response and let me share what they said. "Dear Mr. Chairman, your request for data seems a bit unusual since it is you, our Chairman who holds all those amazing championship records". TBIR went on to say "and don't forgot that you are the all time winnings leader when combining your record number of second-place finishes". As always KS, thanks for your interest, and I see you are fighting for your championship this year so good luck and good pickings.

SS Since research is down for a bit perhaps the boys won't be able to take this on, but who is the only player to win 3 championships in a row, have 4 championships in 5 years, 5 championships in 6 years and an astounding 6 championships in 8 years?

Now THAT'S the kind of service we have come to appreciate!

JD, let me step in here and answer your question. Yes, we have had other "wire to wire" winners and I could turn the boys in research on to this project for the specifics but they are tired and don't want any more work. Thanks for asking.

Dear all, did any of you watch that crummy NYJets - Miami game last night and it was a Consensus pick. We Floridians are embarrassed but will take a win any way we can.

BS,I know you are proud to be on top. But I think I have a record which has not been matched. In 2004 or 2005, you advised me that I had been in the lead or tied for the lead for all 16 weeks. Does anyone know if that is unique in the annals of the PFVCC??????

That being the case, to enhance system speed I would like to suggest that BS, CM, LF and JD cease picking for the remainder of the year.

*** ALL MEMBER ALERT ***

You may notice a delay when logging into the system. Rest assured this is "normal" as there is a number of tasks that are performed at each login. As our membership has grown and as we get to the later weeks of the season, time will become longer. We do expect, however, that is will not cause a "time out" error. If you experience any error, please contact BS.

What a week we just had. By my rough calculation the entire group had about a 57 per cent picking average. What a rough ride for almost all of the group! Hope next week is better,

SS..thank you for your thoughtful reply. I directed my message to JP as he is the President and I foolishly thought he had the freedom to answer a member's question(s) directly. I should have know better. Again, thank you.

KS, I am not sure why you are directing the post to poor JP - but let me address your questions. The very nature of the Security Committee is security, a stealth operation, protecting PFVCC events and its Chairman -- so hush up now. In the membership manual, you are correct, in pointing out that spaghetti is the official dinner of the PFVCC Awards Banquet but it does not stipulate the official meal must be served. Thanks for your interest in each topic.

@JP: I was recently reviewing the Membership Manual and had a couple of questions. First, what is the role and responsibility of the Security Committee? Does this Committee meet regularly or only during the Winter Meetings? Secondly, it appears that we have been willy-nilly violating the Official Dinner menu for several years now. I think we should either follow the rules or amend the Manual by vote at the next dinner. Preferably before dinner begins so as to not violate the rule yet again. Respectfully submitted KS

KS, Thanks again for asking such great and interesting questions. Let me take a look at our past Champion's list on the main page of the website........Oh my gosh! It's me. I hold the longest consecutive championship streak at three years in a row, 1990,1991,1992. And, upon further review from 1990-1997, Oh my gosh, I won five championships. I remember others says dynasty or something like that.
