The PFVCC

Week 8 was a feel good week for all members that logged their picks with four members feeling slightly better than the rest. Those four were DP, LF, KS and DJ as their 12-4 performances lead the charge. Most notably were the bookend tandem of DP and DJ who are on different journeys so far this season but both find the limelight here in the 8th week of the season. Our leader DP keeps his foot on the gas, making it hard for membership to make moves while he continues to post headline grabbing weeks. All that while DJ continues to scratch and claw and might have found the secret sauce behind his best week to date. Both look to build off these showings, while LF and KS simply shake hands to round out top honors. NF, MM, BS, SS and CM all snagged 11 wins to show for their hard work as MS grabbed 10. All solid performances, but hard to celebrate when DP continues his run at the top. Nonetheless, membership as a whole were able to build their confidence in week 8 which could lead to anyone going on a run here as we enter the midpoint of the season. As the stakes continue to rise with each week, we will see who’s made for the moment and who simply can’t keep up. Will the pressure spook you? We will see who answers in week 9...

MM, NF and SS all logged loner picks and unfortunately for this trio, none of their squads were successful in their matchups. A tough pill to swallow but the tough moments make the great moments even sweeter!

A little shoutout to SR as he logged his 5,000th win of his career!! SR, if you’re reading this we salute you! Making picks or not, 5,000 is still a feat worth noting! ;)

Happy Halloween my fellow members! See you back here in a weeks time.

Your President,

LF
