The PFVCC

We are officially more than 1/3 of the way through the season and already there is a notable—and familiar—race at the top. BD has claimed the top spot for the third week in the row; however, this week saw he lead drop from three games to two. DP and SS each had 10 winner weekends, which landed SS in second place by himself, and DP in a tie for third place with BS and LF. In our top five we have the champions from three of the last four years. If you stretch that out to include all membership, you have almost every champion ever. We fired an intern for that ridiculous fact. We immediately re-hired him out of necessity.

It was a relatively strong weekend for membership, with all members turning in a .500 average or better. MM had a heck of a week with 11 winners and also a successful Thursday Night Loner Pick of the Saints over the Falcons. That performance earned MM a two spot jump in the standings. Well played, sir! NF continued to show his moxie by successfully picking another Loner, this time with the gutsy pick of the Steelers over the Cardinals. So far this season, NF has attempted six Loner Picks and has been successful three times. God Speed! Movement at the top included DP and SS gaining a spot, BS and LF maintaining, CM dropped a spot, and BD continues to look down from the apex with a two game lead.

Week 7 brings us into the middle third of the season. Brace yourself, lady and gents.

Happy Picking
