SR Catches MS for Top Spot

Effective date: 2016-10-10
Perhaps a sign of the times, the youngsters (anyone younger than this reporter)take a win, place and show position at the end of week five. MS and SR hold first place while LF keeps a placeholder on second place for now. MS has a tough week with only seven winners, but his big lead, at the end of week four sustained him to hold a piece of the top spot. SR showing his 1988 championship form with the weeks most wins with 11 winners picks up four games to share the top spot with MS. SR also won his 4,400 career pick this week. Nice picking champ. LF picked 10 winners picking up three games on the leader board and is well positioned for week six. DP was the next big winner at nine wins picking up two games. Everyone else had a mediocre week picking between 5 and 8 winners. KS, JP, NF and SS huddle in the middle. Congratulations to DP who won his 700th career game in only 73 weeks. Check your calendar for the Thursday night game. Yours in football, SS
